WELCOME
Along Route 66
Tucked along a paved county highway just outside Lincoln, Illinois, Camp A While is a small campground with a big personality — 12 sites beneath a canopy of tall shade trees, surrounded by open corn and soybean fields. Close to town and the interstate, yet a world away from both.
We're proud to sit on Historic Route 66, the road from Chicago to Santa Monica. Lincoln, Illinois — the only town named for Abraham Lincoln before he became President — carries that same small-town-with-big-history feel that defines our little park.
